My iPad got messed up after a hard boot that a technician did after inserting the sim. Apple logo appeared and would never vanish. Finally it's battery got drained and when I put it on charging, it came to normal after sometime. But mail, safari and Cydia not working. How can I bring my iPad back to normal with all the apps working. I can't do hard reboot as apple comes and never goes. I tried to restore through iTunes but I need to upgrade to latest iOS version before it gets restored and I don't want that either. I just want my iPad to remain on iOS 5.1.1 and come back to normal with all apps working. Please help.
