About LinkBacksiPhone 4S 5.0.1 only change 0x3046-> 0x0120
then i can edit carrier.plist and carrier.pri
but 5.1.1 change 0x3046-> 0x0120
i only can edit carrier.plist i cannot edit carrier.pri
so there is another signature for pri in CommCenter
but i cannot find it
i need help

There's no signature in carrier.pri, no signature to bypass.
