hi gays Just upgraded my iphone 3gs BB to 6.15.00 and firmware to 5.0.1.(4.3.3 or something like that )
16gb iPhone 3gs old bootrom

I used:

redsn0w 0.9.9b3 (for jailbreak) but i think it did not help becuse i cant activate

latest itunes downloaded from apple (upgrade to 5.0.1)

You must initially hacktivate the device, install ultrasn0w and wortel's CommCenter patch for 5.0.1, then you can use redsn0w or SAM to erase the hacktivation and use SAM to activate again through iTunes. Just keeping the baseband doesn't keep the phone unlocked, you will still have to unlock it again before your SIM card can be used in it, after a software upgrade.

Beyond that, expecting immediate turnaround within a day of new years is having somewhat unrealistic expectations . We donate our time here to answer people's questions and just like everyone else, we have families and real lives and jobs that we have to attend to. I appreciate that as a user, you're mostly concerned with getting your problem fixed and getting on with your life, but remember that we didn't have the problem to deal with until you posted it for us, and we do have other things we do in our free time.

Anyways, you've done good this far, you're running 5.0.1 with the 06.15.00 baseband and your phone isn't bootlooped, that's more than most people get when they post . Go ahead and use redsn0w to jailbreak and hacktivate, then download and install ultrasn0w 1.2.5 and wortel's commcenter patch (you can find it on our forum to do manually or if you search you can find cydia repositories that have it. We recommend patching yourself but for some people this can be too in depth.) Once that's done, if you want FaceTime and iMessage to work properly (and if they don't with hacktivation) you can use SAM to "revert lockdownd to stock" or you can use redsn0w to "deactivate" the phone, which will then allow you to use SAM and plug the phone into iTunes for legitimate activation.

You too -- worth mention as well, you only need the patched CommCenter from wortel if you are using a non-spec carrier bundle .IPCC. If your carrier works by default with ultrasn0w 1.2.5, without carrier bundles or network profiles, you will not need to do the CommCenter patch.
