Trying to lose jailbreak at the moment, iTunes errors like crazy.
Okay, so I connect to iTunes in DFU (there's no issues with the connection itself)
I click restore (normal restore, no custom restore or anything)
It starts up, barely, gives me a full white screen on my phone and shoots a 2002 error at me.
I try and connect it normal and try a normal restore and I get error 21
I am getting all kinds of errors for each way that I try and it won't connect in Restore mode. The connect to iTunes flashes up but then it boots right past it.
Is there a way to SSH in and remove the jailbreak? Or at least a part of it that will allow a restore.
It appears that it doesn't want to restore...
It's a jailbroken 3G with Sn0wbreeze on 4.1...
I want 4.1 but I want to use the more stable greenp0ison jailbreak. But apparently I can't do that...
I went ahead and tried it on a different computer. I think I am having some driver issues on my main one.
I figured I would leave a solution rather than ditching the thread so people who need it can find a solution later on.
A quick search would show that these errors are usually caused by overzealous security software on your windows machine. This is discussed at least once a week here.
Apple has a whole article on how to fix this.
