Thanks for all your help in advance. I'm not even sure what to search for when trying to look for a solution to solve this problem, because I don't even know exactly what the problem is. So if there is something out there, so I can save whoever is willing to help me time, please please please point me in the right direction. I have an iPhone 4 I was trying to sell to a friend, and it was jailbroken and unlocked on 4.1 with the 1.59 baseband. I followed the directions from the firmware umbrella website on preventing the iPhone 4 baseband update, but for some odd reason, my phone refused to restore, and when it did, it went back into a blank screen(I think it's DFU)and wouldn't complete the restore, even though my shsh's were saved through cydia, and it came back with a 1013 error. After that 1013 error, the screen was still blank, and tinyumbrella offered to do a fix recovery, which I tried and no luck, and I also thought of greenpoisoning my way out of it, hoping it would but it didn't and maybe I made it worse. Anyways, if someone can tell me what I can do to fix it, or at least point me in the right direction, that would be so very much appreciated cause that would save me a headache. Whoever you are, thanks for all your time in advance and I look forward to your reply.

edit:I also forgot to mention that since it seemed like a good idea at the time, I had installed recoveryguard as protection against my idiocy in case I ever was to do something that would update the software on the iPhone. It was later removed before I was able to do any kind of restore. Hopefully this detail helps out somehow.
