You have left out a very important piece of information.

What saved SHSH blobs do you have for this iPhone?
If you try and restore an iPhone 3gS (or newer) via pwned DFU mode without the correct SHSH blobs, the iPhone will be stuck in a DFU loop.

The only solution is to restore an iOS IPSW (custom or original) which you have a valid SHSH blob for.

Also, due to recent changes in the SHSH proxy architecture offered by Cydia, you might end up in a DFU loop if you try and restore with your hosts file redirecting gs.apple.com to Cydia (even if Cydia does have a valid SHSH blob for your iOS version/device). I recommend you untick the "set hosts to Cydia on exit" option in the advanced tab within TinyUmbrella and click Apply to fix this.

What is SHSH blob?! I am not really understand about it..
By the way.... I had untick the "set hosts to Cydia on exit" option but still the same
After i restore my iphone by using custom IOS IPSW the itune told me that the iphone had been reset to the factory setting and it may appear on itune .. but.. the thing that appear on itune is the Iphone that need to be restore ... or maybe recovery mode but in black screen did not show any Itune logo or plug or apple logo on my Iphone 4

    SHSH - The iPhone Wiki

Or search here at hackint0sh, we have explained what a SHSH blob is 100s of times and why it is so critical to anyone with a 3GS or newer iOS device to save their SHSH as soon as they receive their iPhone.

Your symptoms match 100% with what I would expect from a pwned DFU restore without a valid SHSH blob. The only SHSH blobs Apple are still signing are for iOS 4.3.3. You need to have already acted to save a SHSH blob for older iOS version (without the SHSH blob for an older iOS version you can NEVER restore that iOS version on your iPhone again)

First check that TinyUmbrella can find the backed up SHSH for your iPhone/iOS version
Then turn on the TSSServer that is part of TinyUmbrella.

(if using custom IPSW, put the iPhone into Pwned DFU mode - there are options for this built into redsn0w, sn0breeze or pwnagetool)

Then restore the IPSW using iTunes.
It is iTunes that merges the SHSH blob with key files contained in the IPSW before sending these SHSH signed files to the iPhone.
The iPhone then saves some of these SHSH signed files to a special area of the iPhone's permanent memory called the NOR. On bootup, the iPhone checks the data stored in the NOR and goes to DFU if the data in the NOR is not properly signed.

NOTE: TSS Server isn't needed for iOS 4.3.3 (custom or original IPSW) as Apple is still signing SHSH blobs for this version.

I had read the article .. to save my SHSH to the saurik's server.. i should have press "Make my life easier" in cydia..
But i decide to restore the Iphone is because of the unfunctionable cydia.. Thus now the saurik's server did'nt have any record of my SHSH thats why i will get 3194 error ... i understand this.. but Tiny unbrella had solve the 3194 error isnt it?!
Now i tried to save SHSH again.. but it show me that "Cydia Does NOT have your SHSH for iPhone4 4.3b3 (8F5166b) There is no way for you to get them. Sorry. You are just too late "
Okay .. means that now i only can restore my iPhone with IOS 4.3.3 am I right?!
Last question... How to obtain IOS 4.3.3's SHSH from Apple?!
I surrender to restore my iPhone to older version IOS... so just let my iPhone up to date..
And Thanks for helping me so much ^_^

You need to use the latest (non beta) version of TinyUmbrella
Click save SHSH and wait until TinyUmbrella has tried to retrieve a SHSH for all iOS version from 4.0 through to 4.3.3

Also, in TinyUmbrella it will show you "all saved SHSHs", this list will include all SHSH blobs that you have managed to save locally on your hard drive.

If you have never clicked "save SHSH" in TinyUmbrella before today (and not used the "make my life easier" option in Cydia) then there is pretty much no chance you have a SHSH blob for anything earlier than 4.3.3

Also, if ultrasn0w unlock is vital to you, USE a custom IPSW (made by you not downloaded) from pwnagetool or Sn0wbreeze.
