I heard of an iPhone app that monitored your sleep, but was never convinced enough to actually pay for it. Now a friend of mine tried the Sleep-As-A-Droid app for her Android and said it’s actually pretty cool. Has anyone here tried it and maybe uses it more frequently? In other words… is it worth to purchase?

My girlfriend has been trying to 'Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock' which works good except when I get it up it detects movement on the bed and tries to wake her up. I'd reccomend getting the one that you have to buy a seperate arm band that talks to the iPhone - but I can't say it's good by experience.
