I have SHSH for both 4.0 and 4.01 for a 3gs and i have done both restore to both firmwares and each time i finish i am missing the calculator and clock. I get my firmwares from iclarified and the phone is unlock/jailbroke. I also tried reset ALL SETTINGS and restore but that did not work either and still was missing the clock and calculator. Does anyone know of a solution to this? I need my clock back.

They are put into a folder called utilities on a clean install of iOS 4.0 have you tried looking there?

iClarified firmware are simply links to the official apple IPSW, so they are not specially customised.
