    Well you should ask the original owner to unlock or remove the passcode for you.

    its mean you will not help us for iphone trouble shooting?
    i did not mean that about contact with owner i mean any suggestion for us that we do not do mistake again like that

    I'm not sure what you meant.

    The forum rules are very clear that illegal activities aren't encouraged. This is what I meant by ask the original owner to unlock/remove passcode. The number of iOS devices you ask for help with suggests to me that you aren't the owner of these devices (maybe you run a repair shop, I don't know).

    The tools for passcode removal (without restore) for iOS 4+ are limited and I personally haven't yet tested them. Apple significantly increased the security model in iOS4 and it is not so easy to get around this any longer.
