On the other site I checked it and it says

Sorry, but your iPhone is not unlockable at the moment.

So, Is there any thing Else I can do or just sit and wait?

As you are UK based, you have a good chance of getting your carrier to authorise an official unlock (they may impose some conditions like an unlock fee, or require you to pay out your contract).

That is assuming you have purchased an iPhone from a UK carrier and haven't grey-market imported an AT&T iPhone (or some other carrier that refuses to authorize unlocks)

Geveysim (and other iPhone 4 SIM based unlocks) are illegal in the UK - so don't even bother thinking about that option.

Are GEVEY ULTRA illegal as it goes not do the 112 now?

My understanding is that it still dials 112, but this is done automatically by a Cydia package you need to install.

So (unless someone can clarify that Gevey Ultra actually uses a diffferent exploit/technique) yes it's still 100% illegal.
