No Network after 4.1 Jailbreak

I have lost any ability to connect to the ATT network, only have 1 bar, and Not Available is selected in Settings/General/About/Network.

I have tried repeated installs of 4.1 with Limera1n and GreenPois0n, and downgrades back to 4.02,4.01 unsuccessful. All while using Tiny Umbrella.

The installs and Jailbreaks work, and Cydia installs, Baseband remains 01.59.00
But unable to connect back to ATT network....Arhhhg!

Any suggestions appreciated.
