native cam icon missing
I have an i4 with iOS 4.1, JB with limera1n and had no problems with it.
For some reason i am missing the native cam icon and can't find it on any page. I read some posts about this problem and checked my restrictions but i dont have it enabled.
I deleted all my email accounts thinking it has something to do with google apps but it's still missing.
I can use the cam from 3rd party applications like geniusscan and such but the icon just went missing.
Restore to 4.1, set up your iPhone as new. Then jailbreak again. Try to use another tool besides limera1n (although I doubt that limera1n caused your problem)
I was hoping there was a solution without restoring.
Note that the cam icon was there after the JB but went missing like 3 days ago.
Been trying to figure out what triggered the issue...
I guess i'll have to restore after all
There probably is a solution without restoring. It depends on how much time you want to waste on trying to troubleshoot it. (especially when you provide such limited details in your initial post)

- Think about what you did just before it stopped working
- Did you install/configure support for outlook/microsoft exchange? It is possible that this can disable the camera - see iPhone OS 4 and Exchange ActiveSync Policies (EAS) – what really works? | Sysadmin Lab
- Did you play with Restrictions on the iPhone? You can remove the camera icon via that
- Did you install any cydia apps just before this stopped working?
