I currently don't have service with ATT. I tried to jailbreak/unlock. But, I get the Sim" Locked" when I put in the T Mobile sim that was purchased from T Mobile. I was told that I would have to activate again (prepaid Att) then jailbreak etc. Thank you for the reply.

Read this: http://www.hackint0sh.org/f137/32703.htm it might help you understand the difference between unlock and activate.
Also "Sim Locked" can also mean that the sim card has a pin code. This should have been supplied with the sim card (and can be turned off)
hi…..i have a problem with my iphone4 with mi carrier (Sim) because it is not available ….i have made Jailbreak 4.3.3 but i have the same problem. How can i make my iPhone 4 to work with all SIM..because my work only with AMC-Albania
You are threadjacking - I don't think that this thread is not related to your question. Also you haven't provided enough information (baseband version, is your phone carrier locked etc).
Most likely - you can't make your phone work with all SIM cards (I'm guessing it's a carrier locked phone and as you run iOS 4.3.3 you probably have a "too new" baseband that ultrasn0w can't unlock)
