I have an ATT Iphone 4 running on IOS 4.1, locked, not jailbroken. I want to upgrade it to 4.3.3 (but not to IOS 5). Can anybody please let me know the steps and software needed? no need to go deep into detail

Please research SHSH (either click the link in my sig or google it). Without an SHSH, you cannot restore to iOS 4.x -- you'll need to let us know what SHSH you have on file before we can really help -- you can use TinyUmbrella to determine what SHSH are available. If you do not have any SHSH on file, the only choice is to get iFaith and have it grab your partial 4.1 blobs, so at least you can restore back to that in the future.
