I have a iphone 4.3.3 which I'd like to not restore since it wasn't backed up. I've redSn0wed it, but the passcode still remains.
I've tried for ever on google but couldnt find a way. I cant use SSH since it wasn't installed on the phone.

Did you search here at hackint0sh? I've explained why existing techniques for removing passcodes were blocked by changes to the security in iOS 4
The SSH part is irrelevant (redsn0w can install this for you via an advanced option). The reality is this is not possible for anyone except law enforcement with special training and tools.
Post iOS 4.0 to break passcode, you need special forensic tools + training in usage of these tools + a brute force offline passcode cracker utility. These utilities are not available to the general public (and they likely never will be)
