Please search before posting. This question specifically is asked very regularly. The baseband revision on your device (04.10.01) is not presently able to be soft-unlocked.

The only known method to unlock your phone at present are the Gevey SIM solutions, however, we cannot recommend these as they are illegal in nearly every country (due to their reliance on dialing an emergency number to establish signal, even the Pro versions do this, it's just not a manual process at that point), and also because the Gevey SIM and similar typed unlock solutions will NOT work in iOS 5 -- so in a month, your unlock would be useless.

As far as not getting your SHSH files, it's too late to get the older ones, but don't let that stop you from getting 4.3.5 SHSH. It's always of value to save your SHSH, so that when iOS 5 comes out -- you won't be stuck.

You can use redsn0w or sn0wbreeze to jailbreak iOS 4.3.5, however, it will be a tethered jailbreak so it will need to be connected to the computer every time the phone reboots to kick it out of recovery mode.

Do NOT use limera1n. It's old, outdated, doesn't work for this version, and has been replaced by many more stable and effective alternatives.
