I got an 3GS, (factory) unlocked phone. I was using it with iOS 4.1, Limera and Cydia with no problems until yesterday.

I use SB Settings a lot and I noticed that when I hit the 3G icon the phone looses network connection, displays the "No Service" message an instant or two and then it reconnects to the carrier network by itself.

Yesterday, after hitting the 3G icon, my iphone stucked with the "No Service" message and now it is useless.

I did a factory restore, updating it to iOS 4.2.1 but the phone still is not working. I am unable to make phone calls. Even changed the SIM with other carrier's and the result is the same: "no Service"

Any ideas?.

I've seen this today in other posts, they had one thing in common, you don't live in Portugal do you?
