Default Looking for the lastest tutorial to restore

I have a Iphone 4 stuck in apple logo restarting over and over. I dont know what Firmware/baseband I have (phone is not mine).
Itunes dont restore. Tinnyumbrella doesnt show OS info.
    I can enter/exit DFU/recovery mode.

So I need to restore with a custom IPSW (I think).

Can you point me the lastest tutorial to get the phone normally boot ?

04.11.08 baseband cannot be unlocked presently without a Gevey SIM or TurboSIM, and to be honest I can't recall whether the GeveySIM works on this baseband -- I know that for a time it did not. There is no longer a way to downgrade the baseband on this phone as Apple has stopped signing the compatible baseband. ultrasn0w will not unlock this phone at present either.

Even if you had SHSH for a previous version of iOS, it wouldn't matter, your baseband is too high to unlock without a paid tool at present. You would need to still have the 01.59.00 baseband on your phone (only possible if you had 01.59.00 originally and only custom restored since, blocking the baseband update, which you or the previous owner did not do) to use ultrasn0w in any way on this device.

The best bet is to find the carrier this was originally locked to and the person the phone used to belong to, and have them reach out to the carrier. Recent advancements in unlocking law in the US have all but required carriers to unlock phones that are paid up on accounts out of contract. That would permanently unlock the device on any baseband.

Most of the paid solutions would either be a Sim interposer like the TurboSIM or GeveySIM, or they would be flat-fee unlock sites. It's hard to find a reputable one on the internet -- we don't recommend them in general because often times they utilize loopholes to authorize the unlocks, and the unlocks can be removed by carriers or manufacturer's at a later date.

But to answer the question, the paid methods I referred to were the standard online IMEI unlock services. Your mileage may vary -- you may pay them and they unlock your phone and it works fine forever, you may pay them and they don't unlock your phone and you can't get a refund. This is one of the reasons we don't recommend them -- what they're doing is on shaky legal ground to begin with, so it's hard to find a very reputable company to do it with.

The carrier will not unlock the phone for money. In most cases, the carrier requires that the phone be in the hands of the original owner, not under contract, and attached to an account that has had no past due bills in the last 60 days. In those cases, the carrier will provide an unlock code for the device. If the phone is still under contract or the person attempting the unlock is not the original purchaser, they will not provide the code.
