Exclamation Kids messed up my mom's phone.!!! iPhone 4S Disabled!!

Hello. I need a serious help.
Don't know who but few kids were playing around with my mom's iphone4S. Passcode is locked and totally disabled iphone now.
asks to connect itunes. my mom has never synced iphone and the only thing she uses is for photos and musics..
Having this iphone back to factory setting is piece of cake for me..

The pictures inside are the most valuable things in my mom's life.. several years of photo over 3000 photos..
Can anyone help me how to get the photos out and backed up before I do the factory settings?

Unfortunately, the newer devices make hacking through the passcode very, very difficult (if not impossible). Once the phone has been disabled due to too many passcode attempts, the only real solution is to plug the phone into the computer in recovery mode and restore the phone (thus deleting all of the data on the phone). If the phone was jailbroken, you could use SSH to recover once the phone was booted, but you don't elaborate as to whether the phone is jailbroken in your original question.

You can try (but I do not believe it will work) to use something like iPhoneBrowser or iExplorer to directly rip the photos off of the phone, but newer versions of iOS will not mount over USB if the phone is disabled due to incorrect passcode attempts. If that doesn't work, the only real solution would be to engage one of the data recovery specialists for iPhone.

Not to rub salt in the wound, but if you look around the forum you will see literally hundreds of forum posts from the mods emphasizing the importance of regularly syncing and backing up your device so that you minimize the potential for data loss in situations like this. I'm sorry you had to learn the lesson this way and do hope you find a way to retrieve the photos, but unfortunately the outlook right now is pretty bleak.

I have been looking and searching online and came to forums to download
Gecko iphone tool kit to remove disable iphone and also finding out password.
I have tried it and selected the iphone model. Asks me to put in DFU mode.
I followed instructions but a message came out "ignoring unsupported device UNSUPPORTED

i dont know what that means.

Hope someone can guide me step by step.

You will want to reach out to the vendor for assistance with that program. I haven't used it and don't believe any of the other mods have either. Also, it's rude to hijack someone else's thread with your question. Rather you open a new question.

Sometimes it helps to just restart the phone. A lot of times, the errors are not saved, and your phone will be the same as it was before all of that happened. I find it a little hard to believe that everything could be completely wiped out.
