    Default iTunes problem sync-ing!

I have iPhone 3G, so when I try to install or to put a video file on my phone over iTunes, it appears dialog box that says "are you sure you want to remove 37 apps, including angry birds and others from the Iphone".

I also installed older iTunes version and when i tried to put a video file on the iPhone it appeared:

So the biggest question is: If I click "ERASE & SYNC" does my applications will be deleted?

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

In most cases, if you click 'Erase and Sync', it will delete all Applications and Application Data on the phone and re-sync the content (not including application data / save files / high scores / etc.). You can avoid this by transferring purchases, then completing a backup, then syncing the applications, then restoring from the backup (in most cases). This will sync the Apps with your new media library and then restore the saved application data from the backup.
