When you have blank IMEI, no bluetooth, and no WiFi connectivity, it's usually because your baseband is bricked. You can attempt to restore 5.0.1 again to try and have the upgrade re-flash the baseband. If that doesn't work, the only real choice is to either replace the baseband chip itself or the logic board (which will in turn replace the baseband). This is almost guaranteed to be a hardware issue... Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
