    Default iPhone stuck at Recovery mode, 3194 error when trying to restore

    Hey guys,
    I'm need some help, my phone's dead - iPhone 4.

    It's stuck in recovery mode (usb cable pic), i don't have an SHSH, i don't care if i can jailbreak it or not...

    I just want the phone to work dont care what version, won't try jailbreaking it again.

    I have redsn0w if needed... and have "iPhone3,1_4.2.1_8C148_Restore" ipsw file if needed...

    Can you please help me? tell me what I should do for the phone to function?

    I tried everything - can't restore it... always the 3191 error appears. and no i dont have shsh. didnt back up anything...

    I'm sorry if i'm being stupid, i'm just desperate - spent alot of money on this "brick".

    Do you care about unlock?
    What iOS version are you running right now?
    Are you 100% sure you don't have any saved SHSH?

    You have quoted two very different error codes (3194 - apple not signing iOS version you are trying to restore) and 3191 (quicktime corrupted or incorrectly running in compatibility mode) - which error do you actually get?

    you can upgrade your phone to 4.3 B3

    but you need iphone developer Program but your phone became ready.;D
