Nope. Please search before posting.
iPhone 4 on iOS 4.2.1 with baseband 03.10.01 cannot presently be unlocked. Hold tight for the iOS 4.3 release and (hopefully) subsequent unlock release.The preceding forum post has been brought to you by the letter "N" and the number 42.
