Default iphone 4 - stuck in infinite boot loop

OK I searched and had no luck so please Bare with me. My wifes iphone 4 has firmware 4.1 and was jailbroken using greenp0ison now yesterday I installed Gpower for her and she was not paying attention, today she wanted to restart the phone and when she tried powering off she slided all 3 bars (respring , reboot and shutdown) and what ended up happening is that her phone got into an infinite reboot loop that basically is stuck on apple logo till is shutsoff and then turns back on and goes back to apple logo.
I know the easy way out is DFU and restore but The issue is that during the last few days she took some very important pictures that she needs recovered. I tried irecovery but my new laptop is running windows 7 64 bit a and cannot access or connect to the iphone so that is not working.
    I appreciate any help
    Thanks

Thanks but when the app cooked the ipsw Itunes refused to use it to restore. says because the firmware was not compatible! but I know my phone, its an iphone 4 with 4.1 on it. and the firmware I downloaded was iPhone3,1_4.1_8B117_Restore so should be right.
and the app on the link you provided said it was compatible with 4.1 so I am not sure whats wrong.

Do you have any of the following entries in your hosts file -

    Code:
    74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com
    74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
    127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com
They could cause iTunes to reject the IPSW.

Nope, No reference to any apple in the host file.
could the issue be with the program? cause the error I get is sorta telling me the firmware is not compatible.
The instructions were straight forward just drop the ipsw on the program and let it run and create the new restore image, didnt ask for any inputs so I dont think i did anything wrong.

I just rechecked and actually I did something wrong, I didnt let the program create the full backup image, I reran it and waited till it was done and said hit enter to exit.

I got the phone in restore mode and it restored it but at then end when attempting to verify the backup it said something about re-enabling firmware or restoring firmware and then it crashed giving an error the iphone could not be restored an unknown error occured 1004

Any suggestions? The phone was jailbroken with green rain before all this happened.

I wasn't sharp enough earlier, you mentioned the error and I didn't recognise that it was a harmless one.

error 1004 is not a problem. It occurs whenever you don't have a properly signed baseband SHSH (that is new to the iPhone 4).

You can simply click ok and use tinyumbrella to kick the iPhone out of recovery mode. The rest of the restore proceeded absolutely fine.

    2010-12-05 11:57:48.484 [160:a10]: restore library - Aman

This was an iphone4 having vesion 4.1 earlier. ITs imei was placed to operator for permanent unlock. The request was fulfilled after some days. So to make this phone a FACTORY type it wanted me to restore it to the latest version available. i.e. v4.2.1

So simply restore was applied. The downloaded file began its process BUT every time it only restores the Software part only. AFTER verifying software part the FIRMWARE part always throws out the PHONE. Everytime some new errors. I tried the same by putting phone in DFU but no luck.

THE last log is pasted in the link ABOVE.

    ANY suggestions ??
    br
