    Default iPhone 4 ios 4.0 upgrade to 4.0.1 help

    I got it new in box today. Activated. Currently running on 4.0. Never been jb or unlocked. Since 4.0.1 is no longer signed by apple, is that possible to upgrade to 4.0.1? I know it's annoying to ask, just gimme some key words so I can google it if possible.

    Just run 4.0 - the only difference with 4.0.1 is the reworked signal bar / strength.

    Jailbreakme can jailbreak iOS 4.0 as well

    There is no way to load 4.0.1 on your iPhone now

    k. signal bar fixed is what im looking for. even it doesn't really do any thing than display the right bar. thanks a lot.

    You can't get fixed signal bar without losing ability to jailbreak (ie restore to 4.0.2)

    I just got an Iphone 4 and it had the iso 4.0.1 and I did jailbreak it using the jailbreakme.com but the iphone got frozzen and now when I go to restored I cant restore unless I upgraded. is there anyway to restore without upgrading to ios 4.0.2 as i didnt upgraded before PLEASE. THANKS A LOT
