Please search before posting. This is because you do not have an SHSH stored locally for 4.1 or are not pointing to Cydia for your SHSH lookups. This topic has been discussed on these forums to *death* and back. Search first, post later.
Your options are:
1) If you have an SHSH on file for 4.0, 4.0.1, or 4.1, use TinyUmbrella to get a copy from Cydia and to complete the restore (based on your restore log and info it looks like you were trying to restore 4.1, if so, you'll need a 4.1 SHSH, and before you ask, no, if you didn't get it yet, you can't get it now, and before you ask, no there's no way around this requirement -- without an SHSH you have no real option to restore a previous iOS on an iPhone4).
2) If you do not have an SHSH on file, you can only restore to 4.2.1 now which is a semi-tethered jailbreak and cannot be unlocked.
3) Regardless, get your SHSH on file for 4.2.1 at bare minimum using TinyUmbrella so you won't be in this boat in the future.
