I've got a problem with my iphone 3GS, it's stuck at the itunes logo. It just suddenly appeared, after I woke up that logo was on the screen. I googled for solutions, but I tried almost everything but nothing worked for me. It is running iOS 4.3.1 and it's NOT jailbroken. I've bought the iPhone in Belgium, so it's unlocked. I hope you can help me.

What exactly have you tried? What happened when you tried? You aren't giving us enough information.
Have you tried a simple restore?

I agree if you have all your data backed up & its a factory unlocked device I'd just do a restore to 4.3.2 it fix this issue

Which data do you exactly mean? I know that you can save some data to downgrade your iDevice, but I don't have that..

I tried normal restore, DFU mode, recovery mode, I tried to restore with redsnow, but nothing worked for me..

Do a bit of reading about the way iTunes backs up your iPhone during a sync. Then you will understand what element/n350z are saying (which is 100% correct)

Another possible option (if you haven't recently synchronized your phone via iTunes) might be to try and trigger an "update" (not a restore) to 4.3.2 - if iTunes can detect your phone. This will preserve the existing data on your iPhone. Msft.guy has documented how to do this.
