Default iPhone 3G restores in iTunes, it even recognizes it but the iPhone is on apple logo

Ok, this is weird, at least to me.
I got this iPhone 3G with the Apple logo and the little round loading thingy.
So I Put it into DFU (Pwned) and restore to 4.2.1 custom restore.
It goes all the way, I get the iTunes windows saying the iPhone software was restores successfully and to wait for the iPhone to restart.
Then it asks me if I want to restore from back up or set up as new phone.
I set up as new, put a name to it, it goes through the sycn and backs the phone up. It does everything normal. But the phone is still on the apple logo with that little loading circle under it.

Does any of you guys have an Idea of what It could be?

I have a *somewhat* similar problem on my 3GS. I suspect it is due to a damaged/cracked screen (might be the proximity sensor).
The console log might give you a clue why Springboard is not loading (this is why it is stuck at the apple logo)

I cant believe you are going through a hard time buddy !! I took out the screen and it seems good, I cant see any cracks, the connectors look good both on the board and the LCD. I have another screen I use to test iphones (which has a bad lcd, displays all kind of colors but it gets the job done) I will try it on.
I have no clue what a console log is, so Ima go research.

Ok, I believe this is not a screen issue man. The iPhone Con. Utility pops us a window every 2-3 minutes saying the device is not longer connected, try to reconnect. So its like while its trying to start springboard it will go off and they try again I guess. Here is the log off console.

Honestly, I'm only guessing it's my screen (haven't bothered to troubleshoot this further)

lol I hope it to be, I got rid of anyways. And now I came across another 3G 8GB now that gives error 23. I did some research and dang, apparently bricked?
When I got the phone it wouldnt turn on at all nor display the empty battery thing. Now after I plug it to the charger or laptop it will start up right away and stay on the apple loop.
I replaced the battery and charging port. I tried a different board and worked well.
So, iphone off, hold home button and plug it to the computer, get to the recovery screen, try to restore (Pwned, and stock firmwares) Error 23.
I dont know what to try before I get pissed and sell it for cents..
