IMEI is in settings, general, about .... does it match with IMEI printed on your box?
(tinyumbrella does not show EMEI but instead ECID - they are different thing).
I am very confused reading your response above.
What i want to know right now (not before fuzzyband) is:
- is IMEI correct ?
- is wifi working ? can you turn it on /off ?
- forget about bluetooth for now
- What firmware is on the phone right now ?
- what baseband / modem firmware is on the phone right now

could you tell me what is the main effect using Ipad Baseband on iPhone 3G?
is there anyone who has tried updating into Ipad Baseband losing Phone Call feature too?
i just read some articles why we should update to Ipad Baseband, so we can unlock the iPhone so it can read the simcard, although they did not show me the side effect using it except for losing ability to restore the previous firmware, the articles did not mention you can lose your iphone's call feature

You will probably lose GPS functionality with iPad baseband and iOS 4.2.1
Phone calls, 3G data and SMS work fine.

if i do not really need the GPS , then there is no reason for me to downgrade the baseband , i just thought that why people should downgrade using fuzzyband because they lose their capability to make a call, but after what you post above, it seems there are somethings wrong with my iPhone beside the baseband, could it be the spring board crash, or software error, or hardware error?
ohh i hope it won't become worse

If you have access to a mac.
Take a backup of your iPhone first with iTunes, then make a copy of this backup (via the finder)
Make a custom IPSW 4.2.1 with PwnageTool 4.1.3 and restore your iPhone with this. Set up the phone as new and see if your problems still occur.

I did back up my iPhone in Itunes and i also copied Back Up folder in finder which i got from ~/Application Support/MobileSync/Back Up
then i opened PwnageTool 4.1.3 and i choose Simple Mode, it showed me IPSW i had in my mac automatically, i had 2 ipsw, 4.1 and 4.2.1 , i chose 4.2.1,
it showed me first notification about warning updating into iPad baseband, i clicked yes, then it showed second notif which told me
"No firmware bundle found! Would you like to search the web for this file? Yes / No? "
i chose Yes, then it directly opened browser refer to google search
"iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4 3.2.2 ipad ipsw download"
i think i should use firmware 3.2.2 then, am i right?
i got confused because it told me to search firmware 3.2.2 while you told me to use firmware 4.2.1
I tried in Advance mode, i browsed manually , chose firmware 4.2.1 but pwnage showed notification saying
"Wrong firmware bundle selected"
Any suggestion?
Very very thank you
