iOS 4 Jailbreak unstable
I was wondering if others have the same problem as I do.
I've jailbreaked my 3G[S] with new pwnage 4.0.1 tool and restored to iOS4.
However, when i use cydia, and install applications, the springboard keeps crashing. Even when i start mail, messages or other standard apps.

Nothing actually. Not even restored a backup.
I only installed the one available update in cydia.

Please don't threadjack. Post your own thread if needed.
Many people have had success using the 3GS jailbreak of 4.0. I had no issues after completing the jailbreak (though there are, of course, several applications that did not work, documented in another thread.)
The preceding forum post has been brought to you by the letter "N" and the number 42.

i finally found out which app causes my springboard to crash each time i wanted to open an application. it's caused by QuickLock.
So I'm happy now with my 4.0 pwned 3G[S]
I needed that app since my sleepbutton is broken.
Any idea if there is another app which simulates my sleepbutton ??

Thanks a million. I also had quicklock and the crashes were starting to drive me mad.
