I don't think he has SHSH saved, I could be wrong though.
And sorry since you have new bootrom, I don't think you can restore using a custom firmware. I could be wrong.

The best option is to wait a week (or so), then pwnagetool will be out with support for 4.2.1 on all devices thanks to the greenpois0n untetherd exploit.
