Ok so my kids moms has a 3G that I got for her a while back. I jailbroke it bout XX months ago for the third time. And yesterday she decides to go against my warning of DO NOT USE CYDIA, LEAVE THAT FOR ME and tries to install something.

Now her phone is in an endless loop. It goes all the ay to the passcode screen but then resets back to reboot, then back to passcode screen ect ect...

At the passcode screen it will not let me enter a code. I try resetting it via Home/Reset combo and it will not respond. I connected it to itunes to do a restore but it says they it cannot connect because the passcode on iphone.

I wonder is there a work around? I have the passcode for the phone, but it wont let me do anything on the phone and itunes as a security precaution wont let me connect till i bypass passcode.

By the way, i upgrade on my phone to 4.2.1 and so far I dont notice any difference from 4.01.

What iOS version is the iPhone with the problem running right now?

Do you know what she installed from Cydia?
