    Is there a replacement for the SystemSoundBehaviour.plist in Celestial private framework? Trying to get my haptic vibration back in the keypress in 4.0. Sorry if this has been asked before. tia

    Answered it myself moved slightly:

    /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/Celestial.framework/N82/SystemSoundBehaviour.plist

    edit 2: so i edited both of them (in n88 and n82) adding vibrate to each item in KeyPressed and it works again! wooo haptic vibration is BACK

    Hi, was this on a 3G or S?

    Just tried it and didn't work, although I had no N88 folder, only N82 and N72...

    Cheers

    Ok scrub that, it is working but only for keyboard input - anyway to change it to all inputs? Also the vibrate is very long... Any ideas?

    For the length of the vibration you need to edit SystemSoundVibrationPatterns.plist

    specifically KeyPressed, this is what my KeyPressed dict looks like in there:

    <key>KeyPressed</key>
    <dict>
    <key>Intensity</key>
    <integer>4</integer>
    <key>OffDuration</key>
    <real>0.07000000000000001</real>
    <key>OnDuration</key>
    <real>0.03</real>
    <key>TotalDuration</key>
    <real>0.23</real>
    </dict>

    edit those values to your liking. what other input are you talking about that you want haptic vibration with? the only thing i ever really wanted it for was typing. im sure its possible somehow. And for these changes to take effect you will need to reboot the phone again.
