Yes you need to dial 112 manually. All the sim interposers that work with iOS 4.x need to dial 112 (either manually or automatically) to work

This is not news... Most of these sim interposers are "untethered".
Only the "ultra" version of Gevey requires a jailbreak (and thus *might* need to be tethered) (but you don't have to manually dial 112)
Anyone buing a GeveySIM (or clone) at the moment is buying a ticket to remain stuck on iOS 4.x for the foreseeable future. The technique these *Sims use is blocked in iOS 5.
If it was me, I would focus on selling the "carrier locked" phone and buying an un-subsidised, unofficially unlocked phone that can run iOS 5.

i think misunderstood me.that never works to me as here they say:
You need to dia 112 ONCE when first to use gevey supreme, no need to do it again when re boot the iPhone
There is no problem about the 3G Network in Supreme Red when reboot the iphone 4 each time. When reboot the iphone 4, user only need to press the Refuse, then signal automatically comes out and 3G works well.
i'm doing that every time when reboot my iphone but what i know must do that only one time after first use.

I'm sorry but I have trouble understanding EXACTLY WHAT IT IS YOUR ASKING. Please write in coherent English if you want an answer to your problem. I have to give credit to Olethros for even halfway understanding your question.

That's correct, however, what it's doing when you hit 'Refuse' is dialing 112 in the background and hanging up. One of the iPhone hackers monitored the modem commands being sent by the Gevey App and all it's doing is AT commands to dial 112 and then immediately hang up. This is still illegal for the same reason the non-pro models are illegal -- it must dial an emergency number (even if you're not doing it manually) and that has the possibility to impact the ability of someone with a legitimate emergency to dial for help.
Just because you're not hitting 112 and then pushing 'Call' doesn't mean the phone isn't being told by an app to do just that.
