Error 9
On updating my iphone 4 (32GB) software to 4.3.5 it gave me error 9. I cant restore it back and it only shows the connect to itunes screen
I tried to restore it more than once and I used Tinyumbrella, Thats the last log I got

It is factory unlocked and I am using windows vista
I dont know how to fix it

You don't need to use TinyUmbrella if you are restoring to 4.3.5 (factory unlocked means you don't need to prevent baseband update)
Error 9 is either caused by an intermittent connectivity issue or by a kernel crash.
If it was a kernel crash the details about this won't show up until you try to restore again (then it will appear in the restore log). So if that was your "first" error 9, please upload the next restore log with a newer date/time (even if it was successful)
Apple's advice re: Error 9:
This error occurs when the device unexpectedly drops off the USB bus and communication stops. This can occur if the device is manually disconnected during the restore process. This issue can be resolved by performing USB isolation troubleshooting, using a different USB dock-connector cable, trying another USB port, restoring on another computer, or by eliminating conflicts from third-party security software.

can this be a NAND related error .. That is making me very concerned because there is no apple service here in Egypt.

Doesn't look NAND related. It is probably the comms board (inside the iPhone)

and can the comms board get damaged while normal restoring or updating the phone! =S

Not normally - I know that there are components on that board that can be damaged by electrostatic discharge.
