Unhappy Cydia wont work after trying to unlock a 3G 4.2.1

I Jailbroke a iPhone 3G and upgraded the BB to 6.15 using redsn0w in the hopes of unlocking the phone, however when I went to add the source for ultrasn0w Cydia crashed and gave the message "Malformed line 2 in source list". I dont have any terminal app to manually remove and reinstall Cydia, I've tried re-jailbreaking, but that doesn't work. Any idea on what I should do. Because of the BB upgrade its hard to restore.

You should not need to remove Cydia to fix this.
Do you have OpenSSH or iFile installed?

NOTE: These errors are usually related to less well run repos, especially the ones that host warez.

I dont have either of those installed, or and terminal app, the only way that I can access my phone in anyway is through iPhonebrowser, but that doesn't help with much.

iPhoneBrowser should be fine for this. Just connect to your iPhone, download the following file to your computer, open it in your favorite editor, and comment out or remove the offending line (line 2, per the error message):

    /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cydia.list

Then put the file back where you found it. As mentioned by Olethros, you'll see this type of behavior on less reputable sources, so I can't recommend enough being careful with what you're doing. You may find that you've inadvertently downloaded something that has sent your entire SMS database, call history, contacts database, e-mail database, etc., to someone you would much prefer didn't have a copy of it. Even if you're not pirating software, be careful with what you're downloading...
