Cydia "Make my life easier" option. Do I want this?
Hello!
Current iDevice: iPhone with 4.2.1 and BB 03.10.01, jailbreak done.
In Cydia, there is this option "Make my life easier". Everybody and everywhere say it's OK to activate that option, but I read on one page (that I cannot find now unfortunately) that if you plan to unlock your phone you should not do that.
Now, when 99% percent say it's OK, I believe them, but I just want to double check with you.
Also, what's the difference between this Cydia option and saving the SHSH with Tiny Umbrella, if there is one?
Thanks and cheers

It's 100% safe to choose "make my life easier"
There is very little difference between choosing this option in Cydia or via TinyUmbrella. The main difference is that TinyUmbrella tries to grab your SHSH for the current iOS version straight away. It can take up to a week after you choose "make my life easier" before Cydia requests and saves a SHSH for your device (depending on how busy Cydia's servers are)

Thanks again!
You really helped me here, so I hope someday I'll be able to do the same for you.
Cheers.
