    Default Couldn't connet iPhone to iTunes 10.4.1 Windows 7 64bit

    The error msg "This iPhone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the iTunes installer and remove iTunes, then install the 64-bit version of iTunes."
    Reinstalled it for few times and it still couldn't work.

    Any idea where goes wrong?

    Most often this is caused by a failed "Apple Mobile Device Support" installation. Download the latest iTunes installer and instead of running it, use a tool to extract it -- it will extract into a few .MSI files, one of them called AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi or AppleMobileDeviceSupportx64.msi. Run it directly, tell it to remove the existing one, then run it again and tell it to install. It should take care of it.
