Inside /var/log i can see 4 folders: apt, asl, ppp and sa. Inside apt therr is one logfile, called "term.log". Thr other folders are empty. Also, inside /var/log, there is a file called kernel.log, with nothing inside.

Have you toggled syslog on via SBSettings?

There is a manual procedure for enabling it here also: System Log - The iPhone Wiki

Nope, I can't find the syslog toggle. I installed the package called "syslogs to var/log/syslog". The other package I can see is a toggle for BossPrefs called "Syslog BossPrefs Toggle". Those are the only ones I see (besides a theme) when searching "Sysl" in Cydia.

    syslog toggle (bigboss.org) repo

I just searched for this and found it in Cydia.

Be sure to type syslog and tap on search. Cydia doesn't perform a full text search until you actually tap on the search button

I can see a Syslog Bossprefs Toggle, but I don't have BossPrefs installed, since I use SBSettings.

I see a syslog SBSettings toggle, called "syslog toggle".

You can also try the console log from the iPhone configuration utility, this gives similar information.

I could retrieve the console log from the official utility you recommended. Pasting all related to bluetooth (turned it on, waited for 30 seconds and then off):

Not sure if it is related but you have the IKee worm/virus. Instructions to remove this are here: http://www.hackint0sh.org/f281/22291...htm#post725807

I'm not 100% sure - but the rest of the log seems to show that there are some permissions/access rights problems. I think that might be the cause of your bluetooth problem.

My suggestion (should fix both problems):

Sync your phone and tell iTunes to make a backup. Make a copy of that same backup.
Restore your phone, then jailbreak and immediately change your root password - then set it up as new. Do not restore from your iTunes backup.

Finally use one of the many tools that can extract the contents of an iTunes backup and manually restore any truly vital files.

Bad news there! I thought that this virus tried to Rick Roll you, but nothing of that has happened to me (so I didn't even think of I could have it). Could this be the cause of my phone being slow and crashing springboard sometimes on reboot? I removed all the files (as superuser, because as mobile it wouldn't let me), except the 2 final JPGs, which weren't found. Also, changed the password for root and mobile users. Anyway, after removal and rebooting, is still slow and my springboard crashed.

Unfortunately, I can't restore now. I really have no problem on configuring as new iPhone, (since it's only a few days old,) but currently, there's no official JB for 4.3 and as I expressed on an earlier post (regarding SHSHs), I recieved my phone (with 4.2.1 loaded) after Apple had stopped signing 4.2.1, so I couldn't save the SHSHs for that FW, only for 4.3.

How could I fix those permissions that may be interfering with my bluetooth usage?

Oh by the way, after removal of the worm, my iPhone doesn't seem to be any faster, nor changing in any way its behaviour (I still have those glitches mentioned before). Can you help me with those?

    Thank you!

I might be going in the wrong direction, but I got some ideas to try to find the cause of the problem...
    First, uninstall MobileSubstrate.
Check the MD5 (and tell me) of the following files:
    /private/etc/bluetool
    /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.BTServer.plist

And regarding the malware, check if you can SSH your phone, if you can, it was removed.
