iPhone4 4.2.1, jailbroken/unlocked limera1n/ultrasnow

Yesterday afternoon my bluetooth quit working. Settings > General shows Bluetooth as off which periodically switches to unavailable for a second then back to off.

Investigation showed that I don't have a /etc/bluetool init dir and I don't have a termcap file...I'll keep poking around but I sure hope someone can help. Here's some console info:
