I was trying to jailbrake iphone 4 3.10.01 and now i've got black screen the phone is not responding, iTunes see phone in DFU mode i cannot restore thru iTunes, i don't have shsh and i don't know what to do ????

Use tinyumbrella to kick out devive from recovery mode

If youw ant to exit DFU mode hold down home/power for up to 30 seconds, the screen should come back on and the phone will start to reboot. You let go of the home/power buttons once the apple logo appears.

If this doesn't work, then you are in DFU mode because the hardware detected a corrupt/invalid boot image. This means you need to restore.

If you just want to get the phone working again (this will update your baseband and iOS version to the latest version)

Download/install TinyUmbrella
Run it, go to the advanced tab and untick "set hosts to cydia on exit"
Click apply, close TinyUmbrella

Launch iTunes and follow the prompts to restore the iPhone.
