About LinkBacksJust got an iPhone. Was an important business call and my sms ringtone went off very loudly in the middle of the call!!! How do you disable this????

You can disable sound notifications for SMS messages overall, but unfortunately, this is behavior by design -- the phone is designed to make a noise when you receive an SMS, regardless of whether or not you are on a call..
