Celeste relies on ActionMenu (which still hasn't officially been updated to support 4.3.x). There have been no status updates regarding a new version of Celeste for about a month (looks like the developers are either hard at work on a new version or have taken a short holiday). Yes I know people have "hacked" the existing ActionMenu to work on 4.3.x - I wouldn't recommend this approach.
4.3.2 and 4.3.3 fix very few bugs in comparison to 4.3.1 - I wouldn't bother updating unless you experience one of the bugs that are fixed.
