Hate to say it's too early to tell, though we should start getting reports in the next few weeks. Buddy of mine who replaced his iPhone 4 at the Genius Bar last week got one with 4.0 on it still -- so they still have stock of devices with 4.0 and 4.0.1, depending.

I got stuck with a 4.0.2 4g today at the Aspen Grove Apple Store in Colorado.

Last night, some douchebag stole my recently jb'd/unlocked 3gs. I left it on top of the car and instead of being cool and taking it inside the store, they just took it.

So I got screwed twice over...

Yep -- it looks like this has been pretty well confirmed, the absolute latest 4.0.1 devices I'm seeing are week 33, and the earliest 4.0.2 devices are week 33 as well. Seems to be fair to assume that week 32 and prior for 2010 are 4.0.1 devices, week 33 would be hit or miss.
