3g wifi not working

i need help from forum members i have 3g 8gb with 4.1 and baseband is 6.15 now i wana unlock it but its wifi not working so how can i unlock it with cable

every status is fine but iccid is not shown in ma iphone thats why ma wifi not working now how to recover this iccid

search the forum for cydia autoinstall.
drop the ultrasn0w debian file in there.
Ultrasn0w depends on mobilesubstrate so install that first then ultrasn0w

The screenshots are mac, but the process is IDENTICAL on a windows machine, you just need to use a windows AFC2 client (DiskAid) or iFunbox for example.

I am constantly amazed by how much you ask and how little you research.
