Unlocked 2G Phone - Will not recognize Rogers Wireless Sim Card
Hi All. I am new today to the forum.
I have an iphone 2G that I inherited from a friend in the states. It runs on the AT&T network there.
I ran black ra1n and bootneuter with no issues.
I am running 3.1.2 on the phone.
When i try and put my Rogers Wireless SIM card into the phone it gives me the message that the SIM card is not correct for the phone and only lets me make emergency calls.
My apologies for sounding so noobish, but I was able to accomplish the entire unlock and such and got stuck at the final point.
I am really new to the iphone world so any help would be awesome.
Don't use blackra1n (it has had a much higher amount of post-jailbreak problems than any recent dev-team jailbreak). Blackra1n does not automate the bootneuter steps so it is easy to get this part wrong.
