Default Stuck at the Emergency Screen

I had iPhone 3.0 firmware working before on my pwned iPhone first Generation device. But later I downgraded to 2.2.1.

Today when I tried to upgrade to the 3.0 beta 2 firmware, the phone is getting stuck at the emergency screen (complaining I don't have a valid SIM). I am a registered iPhone developer.

Can you please help?. Thanks many.

If you are a registered iPhone dev, I guess you should had received all needed information with SDK you got from Apple -- same place as where your Beta 2 OS came from, right?

Seriously, I am tired of regular users messing up and saying "plz help meh ima registered dev (cauz sum1 put mah UUID on his acc)".

Otherwise, you should known where to look at help -- Apple support for Developers works quite well.

Oh, if you are a registered iPhone dev, you can just email Apple with your problem. They can help you.

The only king of iPhones working with your Dev account and your private simcard are factory unlocked 3Gs

@volkspost: Sorry I did not understand. Could you consider explaining Please?
As I said earlier: I never had any issues on the First beta. Now I also upgraded my XCode. As I speak, I am restoring to 2.0.2 and trying a direct upgrade to 3b2

Maybe that changed in beta 2. The only thing I tried rto say is once you have a factory unlocked iPhone (unlocked by Apple for any carrier) you wont have any problem using the betas cause it will activate and unlock with any simcard at 3.0 beta.
Worarounds at firmware 3.0 beta 1 might not work with beta 2 or later versions.

I got it to work by:

    On a 2G iPhone, with a non-approved SIM Card
    RESTORE 2.0.2
QuickPwn RC2 (no Installer, no Cydia, no bootlogos)
    UPDATE 3.0a
    UPDATE 3.0b

All under Windows Vista and iTunes 8.1

    No problems and works ok.
