Unhappy SMS problem when upgrade to OS3.0

I upgraded 2G iPhone from OS 1.1.2 to 3.0 using RedSn0w. Jailbreak, unlock, flashing bootload the whole package. Everything works just fine, until i received SMS.

Whenever a SMS comes in, it will show the message content on home screen, and gives u "Close" or "Reply". If i click 'Close", the message will disappear forever, i won't see it in "Messages"; if i choose "Reply", i can read it in "Message", seems fine, but when another SMS comes in, both of them will be gone.

Can anyone help please? i've been losing important messages lately.

    Thanks, All

    Default

yes, if i set it up as a new phone, everything is fine. but if i restore it from my backup, the issue comes up again. i think its the matter of the backup file.

is there a way i can backup selective files, like contact only?
