Unlocking Iphone 2g.
Hi everyone, this is my first post.
I have an jailbroken and unlocked iphone 2G which has not been upgraded for 2 yrs. Yesterday I restored to 3.1.3 thinking that the it would still be unlocked. But I was wrong and I was struck in "slide for emergency" connect to itunes screen on my iphone. So I followed the guide Jailbreak iPhone 3.1.3 Firmware using redsn0w 0.9.4 and jailbroke my iphone. But my question is now that I am not able to unlock my iphone and many users of Hackint0sh recommend "http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=7436". I am about to follow it. But in "step 5", the picture shows ipsw 3.1.2 but it is written "Select the firmware ipsw we placed in the Pwnage folder on our desktop then click Open" which is 3.1.3. Can anyone which ipsw should I select in this step and why? Also in the files to download section 3.1.2 is not mentioned.
Thanks in advance.
I reported this error to iClarified months ago. They did a lazy find/replace when they converted that article from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3

Also: they still recommend redsn0w 0.9.4 - the correct stable version is redsn0w 0.9.2 which can be downloaded from the official site redsn0w 0.9.2 [iPhone Dev Team]
iClarified guides are usually very good, but their 3.1.3 redsn0w guides contain confusing errors. Just be aware of that.
