Yep, works like a charm. Both MMS and mobile internet working with different APN. I first installed a custom carrier IPCC file with iTunes and then installed activatemms2G. Reboot and worked from the first time.

Only video and tethering to go

    3 - Restart iPhone

4 - Navigate to Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network

5 - Enter APN, MMSC, and MMS Proxy (Note: my provider does not require user & password)

    6 - Restart iPhone

7 - Open Messaging app and look at the camera icon

NOTE: The camera icon only appeared after restarting the phone after I entered APN, MMSC, and MMS Proxy.

    Hope this helps.
Everything else is working fine but APN is disappearing after i've written it and try to send a message. Help!

I'm hearing that people with this problem have had success if they install a custom carrier bundle. You could try making a carrier bundle for your operator.

Install a custom carrier bundle. Google for it and you should find it. Upload via iTunes (don't forget to enable IPCC file upload in iTunes, also google will tell you how to enable)

Well this seems to be more than just an exercise in getting the settings to stick for 2 different APNs.

I have finally managed to get internet2.voicestream.com as APN for Cellular Data and wap.voicestream.com as APN for MMS to stick.

However I still can not send MMS msgs. A speed test confirms i'm connected via Edge and not GPRS.

    Maybe wap.voicestream & internet2.voicestream cant play together?

Maybe i should try a different APN...

Which picture is compressed? The one I sent to my nokia looks great. The one from my nokia to my iPhone sucks. But that's because the nokia takes small pictures. So when you look at those on a good quality screen....it sucks

I used swirly in the past, the app sucked... it was a pain in the but to just send or receive one. Now no worries.
